Our team of chartered business psychologists is headed up by Indigo's Director of Assessment Solutions, Daniel Redland.

Rob is a Chartered Psychologist with 13 years' experience working with a wide range of commercial and public sector organisations. He has extensive assessment delivery and design expertise, having delivered 100s of assessment centres and designed many assessment centre exercises. Rob has worked on a multitude of assessment projects for variety of private and public sector organisations, including the healthcare profession.

Prior to working with Indigo Rob worked for a number of the UK's leading Psychometric test publishers including ASE, Oxford Psychology Press and PSL. As a result he has specialist knowledge and experience in the design of psychometric assessments, including the publication of extensive validation studies. Rob is an accredited user of a wide array of psychometrics available and has written extensively on the subject. He is also the published author of the popular book of practice tests "Prepare for Tests at Interview".

Rob is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Charted Business Psychologist. He gained his Psychology degree from University College London and his Master's degree from The City University, London.quotation
