Our team of chartered business psychologists is headed up by Indigo's Director of Assessment Solutions, Daniel Redland.

Carolyn Bogush is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over fifteen years experience. Her expertise is in identifying and developing talent, executive assessment and leadership development. Carolyn takes a pragmatic approach, using her expertise and knowledge to generate practical and useable solutions. She has built up long-term relationships with many different clients in both the public and private sector. In particular Carolyn has developed expertise in the design and delivery of Assessment and Development Centre methodology for selection, promotion and talent development. She also has vast experience of facilitating leadership and management programmes. These are aimed at both new managers and experienced business leaders supporting them to get the best from themselves and their teams.

Carolyn is qualified in using a number of psychometric tools, including OPQ and MBTI, depending on the needs of the client. She enjoys working with groups of people - in a training and group facilitation role, but also in a one to one coaching relationship. Carolyn particularly enjoys working with a broad range of client organisations, and in recent years has been involved in projects with a global technology company, FTSE 100 manufacturing organization and a small marketing organization. In addition Carolyn has worked in the pharmaceutical, retail, FMCG and not for profit sector. Her experience has further enabled her to work on a global scale.

Prior to working with Indigo Assessment, Carolyn began her career at SHL progressing to Associate Director. She then joined a smaller consultancy, Human Qualities, where she was part of the management team and had responsibility for business development, client management and delivery. "I love getting 'under the skin' of candidates - really understanding 'what makes them tick' and the extent to which that matches what my client is looking for. Using objective assessment techniques helps me ensure that I make accurate judgements so that we get the right fit of candidate to job. quotation
